Full Time Job Openings

  • Business Office Support: This position is either Full or Part Time at our Surgical Center. The Surgical Office Staff is responsible for greeting and registering patients, family members and others who arrive at the Center; schedule appointments, answering billing questions; handling all incoming telephone calls; and directing visitors and calls as appropriate. Day to day functions of the admissions process, including but not limited to scheduling of patients, obtaining information/test results, insurance billing medical records, provide administrative support to clinical staff, typing and filing.
  • Central Instrument Processor: The Central Instrument Processing Technician functions as a member of the health care team performing duties which are required for proper equipment and instrument cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, packaging and storage. Learn More...
  • Medical Assistant: SKILLS REQUIRED: •Excellent customer service skills •Strong verbal and written communication skills •Strong team participation including planning and problem resolution •Accurate keyboarding skills •Ability to work with PC-based computer systems •Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize effectively •Ability to handle patient information with confidentiality and professionalism. REQUIREMENTS: •Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Education Program •Registered or Certified as Medical Assistant •CPR Certification for medical professional within six months of employment •Ambulatory health care experience preferred •Experience working with Electronic Medical Records preferred •Ability to work in both clinical and administrative areas •General understanding of basic diagnosis and procedure codes •Availability to work a flexible schedule.   • Surg Tech: The Surgical Technologist assists the surgeon by providing and controlling the sterile instruments, supplies and equipment required during surgical intervention. S/he assures that instruments and supplies are cleaned, sterilized and available when needed. SKILLS REQUIRED: •Strong customer service focus. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Strong team participation skills, including planning and problem resolution. •Ability to balance multiple tasks, anticipate needs and prioritize effectively. •Strong computer and data entry skills. •Maintains patient information with confidentiality and professionalism. •Understanding of patient safety and effective infectious control process. •Availability to work a flexible schedule during the business work week. •Must have completed high school or equivalent. •Graduate of Surgical Technologist training program or equivalent. Certification preferred. •Current certification in Basic Cardiopulmonary Life Support (BCLS). •Previous ambulatory surgery experience preferred. •Experience in decontamination/sterile prep desired. •Superior dexterity skills needed to pass instruments. •Requires extensive mobility (walking and standing) while performing duties. •Periodic pushing, pulling and lifting patients and/or equipment up to a 60 pound weight load.
