Flexible Spending Accounts: Flexible medical and childcare spending accounts let employees save money for those expenses using pre-tax dollars. This is a payroll deduction and placed in an account for employees to access during the fiscal year.
Time Off: We understand the importance of taking time off throughout the year. We offer several time off programs to full-time and part-time employees.
Sick Days/Short Term Disability: We offer two programs depending on employment status.
Holidays: Full time employees receive nine paid holidays a year. New Year's Day, Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and 2 Floating Holidays.
Life Insurance and Long Term Disability: This is an employer paid benefit for full time employees.
Leave of Absence Programs: Are available for eligible employees who need to take care of illness/personal business.
Retirement Programs: We offer Employee Stock Owner Plan to employees who complete one year of service and work 1,000 hours each year. Employees working 40 hours per pay period are eligible to participate in the pre-tax 401K Plan. Grand Valley Health Corporation also offers a 401K-employer match based on annual Board of Directors approval.

Tuition Reimbursement Program: Full time employees that have been with us at least twelve months can enhance their knowledge and skills through pursuit of formal educational curriculum.
